Since starting my appraisal career in 2002, I have learned that the highest quality product, communication, and timely delivery are paramount to the needs of the client.  These critical business components translate to client satisfaction, which is one of my personal goals with each appraisal assignment. 

My ability to provide the highest quality product is supported by the experience I bring to the table.  Completed assignments throughout the State of California include not only appraisals of multifamily, retail, office, industrial and vacant  land properties, but also hundreds of residential subdivisions in various stages of construction along with a multitude of right-of-way appraisals for utility, transportation,  and flood related projects.  I hold the MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute and have received an MBA with an emphasis in Finance.

 I have been in the real estate appraisal  industry since 1998, gaining invaluable experience, knowledge, and  perspective along every step of the journey. Licensed in both the states  of California and Nevada, I have also earned the prestigious MAI,  AI-GRS, and CCIM designations.  I have decades of expertise appraising  commercial, retail, office, land, agricultural, industrial, and  multifamily properties.  

In addition to the routine properties, I have appraised some unique ones as well - marinas, coastal properties,  religious facilities, bowling alleys, ghost kitchens, health clubs,  large tracts of open space/recreation land, and abandoned alley ways.  Throughout my career I have routinely handled right-of-way, HUD fair  market rent survey, portfolio, estate planning, diminution in value, and  UASFLA (Yellow Book) assignments.  Credibility, open communication, and  timeliness are integral components of my client relationship.
